I got into Life Coaching after many years in the Real Estate Business. I received my degree in Social Work, as I have always had a servant's heart. I like to help people. This has always been a big part of who I am in my own life with my friends, family, and even strangers. An honest compliment to a cashier has a lot of power, and it just makes me feel good!
Learning this coaching model has helped me more in my own personal growth than any traditional therapy. I do absolutely believe in traditional therapy. But after a certain amount of time, delving into your past does not necessarily help you move forward into the life you want.
With my proven coaching model, we will work together to find out what is blocking your success, or resolution of problems. Or is it fear? This is a big one for a lot of people!
If you are committed to moving your life forward, the coaching model I use will get you much quicker results than traditional therapy. I work with folks who are living a relatively "normal" life, but feel stuck, or need help finding their way forward.
